摘　　要：本文通过农业情报系统、公共系统图书馆如何根据云南边疆实际,配合政府“兴边富民工程”,积极做好农业信息服务工作,使中央、省政府的“巩固边疆、睦邻友好、兴边富民、维护稳定”的战略方针得以顺利实施提出了自己的看法。Through agriculture intelligence system and public library system, the paper has explored means to actively do a good job in agricultural information service work by coordinating the government in ＂invigorating border areas and making people rich project＂ according to the actual situation in Yunnan Province. The authors have put forward their own viewpoint in the successful implementation of the strategic principle of ＂consolidated border area, good neighborliness and friendliness, making people in border areas wealthy, and stable maintenance＂ of the Central and Provincial Governments.
