摘　　要：伴随着欧洲一体化的发展,欧盟对外发展援助也在不断地调整与扩大。目前,欧盟对外发展援助已成为国际发展援助中一支重要的力量,成为发展中国家所需外援的主要来源。其中历史渊源是欧盟对外发展援助的最初动力,政治、经济利益是欧盟对外发展援助的根本动力,地缘安全战略利益是欧盟对外发展援助的直接动力,全球利益则是欧盟对外发展援助的外在动力,欧盟对外发展援助就是它们合力的结果。The EU foreign development aid continually adjusts and expands, accompanying by the developing of the Europe integration. At present, the EU foreign development aid is not only an important power in the international development aid, but also the main source of the foreign aid that the developing countries need. The historical origin is the initial motivation of the EU foreign development aid. The political interest and economic interest is the essential motivation of the EU foreign development aid. The geostrategy is the direct motivation of the EU foreign development aid. The global interest is the exterior motivation of the EU foreign development aid. The EU foreign development aid is the outcome of their resultant force.
