复方对氯间二甲基苯酚卫生洗液的杀菌效果与毒性试验观察

摘　　要：用对氯间二甲基苯酚辅以中草药配制成卫生洗液,为观察其杀菌效果与毒性,采用载体定量杀菌试验方法和动物毒性试验对其进行了实验观察。结果,以含860 mg/L对氯间二甲基苯酚的该卫生洗液作用2 m in,对布片上的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的杀灭率分别为99.91%和99.99%;作用10 m in对布片上的白色念珠菌杀灭率为99.97%。25%以上小牛血清对该卫生洗液杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌的效果有轻度影响。将对氯间二甲苯酚卫生洗液原液于37℃存放90 d后,其杀灭白色念珠菌的效果无变化。复方对氯间二甲苯酚卫生洗液对小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50>10 g/kg.bw,属实际无毒级;蓄积毒性试验为弱蓄积毒性;含2150 mg/L对氯间二甲苯酚卫生洗液对家兔皮肤和阴道黏膜刺激指数为0,属无刺激性,但对家兔眼有刺激性。结论,复方对氯间二甲苯酚卫生洗液对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有很好的杀灭作用,性能稳定,毒性低。Chloroxylenol with adjuvant Chinese medicinal herbs was used to prepare a sanitary lotion. In order to observe its germicidal efficacy and toxicity, carrier quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test were used to carry out experiment and observation. Results： The killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on cloth strips exposed to the sanitary lotion containing chloroxylenol 860 mg/L for 2 min were 99.91% and 99.99% respectively and that of Candida albicans on cloth strips exposed for 10 min was 99.97%. Over 25% of calf serum slightly influenced the efficacy of the sanitary lotion in killing Staphylococcus aureus. After the stock solution of the chloroxylenol sanitary lotion was stored at 37℃ for 90 days, its efficacy in killing Candida albicans was not changed. The LD50 of the compound chloroxylenol sanitary lotion in mouse acute oral toxicity test was 〉 10 g/kg·bw, indicating that it was practically non - toxic. It showed weak cumulative toxicity in cumulative toxicity test. The rabbit skin and vaginal mucosa irritation index of the sanitary lotion containing chloroxylenol 2150 mg/L was 0, indicating no irritation, but it was irritating to rabbit eye. Conclusions： The com- pound chloroxylenol sanitary lotion has good efficacy in killing vegetative form of bacteria and fungi. It is stable and has low toxicity.
