摘 要:为了解抗菌不锈钢的抗菌效果,采用抑菌试验方法和透射电镜进行了观察。结果,含有质量分数3.8%铜的不锈钢片抑菌环试验为0 mm;奎因试验有菌生长;24 h振荡烧瓶试验,金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率为50.21%,大肠杆菌抑菌率为54.10%。薄膜附着法定量抑菌试验,金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率为99.17%,大肠杆菌抑菌率为99.15%。电镜观察,经抗菌不锈钢作用后的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌形态发生改变。结论,抗菌不锈钢是非溶出性抗菌材料,只有采用薄膜附着法定量抑菌试验才显示出明显的抑菌效果,其它试验方法均不显示出有效的抗菌作用。In order to know the antibacterial efficacy of the antibacterial stainless steel, bacteriostasis test method and transmission electronmicroscopy were used to carry out observation. Results: The result of bacteriostasis ring test for the stainless steet coupon containing 3.8% (m/m) copper was 0 mm. in Quinn test, there was bacteria growth. In 24 - h vibrating flask test, the bacteriostasis rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were 50.21% and 54.10% respectively. In the thin - film adhering quantitative bacteriostasis test, the bacteriostasis rates of Staphylococcus aureus and E coli were 99.17% and 99.15% respectively. Electromicroscopic examination found morphological changes ofS. aureus and E. coli exposed to the antibacterial stainless steel. Conclusion : The antibacterial stainless steel is an undissolving antibacterial material and only thin - film adhering quantitative bacteriostasis test can show its antibacterial efficacy, while all other tests can not show its antibacterial effect.
