摘  要:为了解医院特殊病房内铜绿假单胞菌的基因型及其对常用消毒剂的抗药性,采用脉冲场凝胶电泳分型技术对其进行基因分型,并测定了其对3种常用消毒剂最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度。结果,30株铜绿假单胞菌可分为13个基因型(A^M)。其中9个基因型铜绿假单胞菌株对一种含氯消毒剂的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度均为有效氯450 mg/L;其余铜绿假单胞菌株均为400 mg/L。30株不同基因型铜绿假单胞菌对含苯扎溴铵消毒剂最小抑菌浓度为80 mg/L,最小杀菌浓度为160 mg/L;对碘伏消毒剂的最小抑(杀)菌浓度相同,均为800 mg/L。结论,不同基因型铜绿假单胞菌对含氯消毒剂抗力不同,对其它消毒剂未显示出差别。In order to know the genotype and resistance to common disinfectants of Pseudomonas aeruginosa on special wards of hospital, pulsed - field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) typing technique was used for typing of its genotype and the minimal inhibiting concentration and minimal bactericidal concentration of 3 common disinfectants for it were determined. Results: Thirty strains ofPseudomonas aeruginosa could be divided into 13 genotypes (A -M). The minimal bacteriostatic concentration and minimal bactericidal concentration of a chorine containing disinfectant for the strains of 9 genotypes were available chlorine 450 mg/L and for the remaining strains were 400 mg/L. The minimal bacteriostatic concentration of the disinfectant containing bromogeramine for the 30 strains ofP. aeruginosa of different genotypes was 80 mg/L and the minimal bactericidal concentration was 160 mg/L. The minimal bacteriostatic concentration and minimal bactericidal concentration of iodophor disinfectant were identical, being 800 mg/L. Conclusion : Different genotypes ofP. aeruginosa had different resistance to chlorine -containing disinfectant, but had no difference in resistance to other disinfectants.
