摘 要:为了解北京市医院空气消毒洁净器应用中的问题,采用现场抽样和空气采样检测方法进行了调查。结果,所调查的空气消毒洁净器中,适用面积符合卫生许可批件和说明书要求的只有32%。有16%的空气消毒器说明书未提供规定使用面积,有32%的医院未提供卫生许可批件。有80%的空气消毒洁净器应用于医院Ⅱ类环境,在有人员活动情况下动态空气消毒的环境内,消毒合格率为42.10%;其余均为III类环境中消毒器在空气静态条件下,消毒合格率均为100%。结论,医院现使用的空气消毒洁净器存在使用不合理现象,用于II类环境动态消毒合格率较低。In order to know the problems in use of air disinfection - cleaning devices in hospitals of Beijing, field sampling and air sampling examination method were used to carry out a survey. Results : Of the air disinfection - cleaning devices investigated, only 32% fulfilled the requirement of suitable area specified in sanitary licence and description. The descriptions of 16% of the air disinfectors did not specify the applicable area and 32% of the hospitals could not provide the approval document of sanitary licence. 80% of the air disinfection - cleaning devices were used in class - Ⅱ environment of the hospital and under condition of presence of human activities, the eligible disinfection rate was 42. 10% in environment of dynamic air disinfection. The other devices were used under air stationary condition in class -llI environment, and the eligible disinfection rate was 100%. Conclusions: There was irrational use of air disinfection -cleaning devices in hospitals and the eligible rate of use in dynamic disinfection in class - Ⅱ environment was low.
