摘　　要：介绍了河南省电力公司与国电自动化研究院在建设河南继电保护及故障信息系统过程中的主要经验。对该系统的主站、分站、子站3级结构和各部分的主要功能,以及子站接入广域网的方式进行了论述；重点介绍了采用透明传输协议解决不同厂家的主站与子站之间的信息传输方法。This paper introduces the primal experience obtained from implementing the information system for protective relaying and fault recorder in Henan power network. The three-level framework of main station, secondary station and sub station is introduced. Functions of all three levels and the access method of sub station to wide area network are also discussed. It emphasizes the information transmission between main station and sub station solved by adopting transparent transmission protocol.
