摘　　要：2005年是《水电站大坝运行安全管理规定》颁布实施的第一年,也是电力系统水电站大坝第三轮定检工作启动之年,大坝安全管理从此进入新的阶段。回顾本年度大坝定检工作,按照第三轮定检的工作重点和要求,剖析大坝存在的安全问题,指出定检工作中应注意的几个方面,意在努力提高定检工作质量。The year of 2005 is the first year of performance of the law Dam Operation Safety Management Regulation in Hydropower Station, in which the third round dam safety inspection for dams under electricity sector have started. This paper reviewed the dam inspections implemented in 2005, and according to the requirement of the third round dam safety inspection the author analyzed the problems, pointed out some questions to which we should pay attention.
