摘　　要：从白盆珠水库在运行过程中存在的问题入手,提出提高水库正常蓄水位(汛限水位),利用部分防洪库容,拦蓄洪水用于兴利的必要性和可行性。The author has come up with a standpoint in this article about raising the normal water level （limited level during flood） for using part of flood storage to impound inflow for profit, The necessary and feasibility are stated.
