摘 要:针对注射模非平衡浇注系统的特点,提出了利用BGV值计算浇注系统的平衡加CAE辅助分析相结合的设计方法。并以一个一模24腔非平衡浇注系统的注射成型模型为例,讨论了其非平衡浇注系统人工平衡设计的方法和过程。通过CAE模拟分析可以看出,这种辅助手段拓宽了非平衡浇注系统人工平衡的设计思路,提高了人工平衡浇注系统的设计准确度,归纳了一些非平衡浇注系统人工平衡设计方法和规律,指出浇注系统平衡设计不仅受浇口参数影响,分流道参数和注射成型工艺参数等同样对浇注系统的平衡有较大的影响。A design method applying CAE technology and balanced gate value to calculate the runner system balance was put forward. Taking an injection mould with 24 cavities as an example of un- balanced runner system, the process and procedure of designing manmade balance for unbalanced runner system was discussed. It is observed through CAE simulation analysis that the aid widens the thought of manmade balance design for unbalanced runner system and the percent of accuracy of designing manmade balanced runner system is increased. Approaches and rules of designing unbal- anced runner system by manmade balance design method were summed up. It is indicated that not only is the balance design of runner system affected by cast gate parameters but also by runner distribution parameters and injection processing conditions.
