摘　　要：本文通过对我国各级人大及其常委会、国务院及其各部委、地方各级人民政府及其所辖厅、局所颁布的有关法律法规的统计分析,总结了我国地方性信息法规建设的现状和存在的问题,提出了建设地方性信息法规的基本原则和策略。In this paper, a statistical analysis is made concerning the information laws and regulations enacted by the People＇s Congresses and the Standing Committees, the State Council and its departments and ministries, the Local People＇s Governrnents and their lower offices and bureaus. Its results show the current situation and the defects of the local information law. Basing on the study, the writer puts forward basic principle and tactics about the local information laws＇ construction.
