摘  要:利用新建成的多道能量测量的电子动量谱仪测量了CH_4分子的价壳层电子能谱和电子动量谱.在内价壳层区域观测到四个伴线峰,测量了极强度,并与现有的理论和实验结果做了比较.测量了1t_2和2a_1的动量分布并与组态相互作用的计算结果做了比较.The binding energy spectra and momentum profiles for the valence shells of methane have been measured by using a newly setup multichannel EMS spectrometer. The energy and momentum resolutions were calibrated to be 1. 8 eV and 0. 15 a. u. , respectively, by measuring Hels and Ar3p. The measured binding energies and pole strengths are compared with the available experimental and theoretical results. Four satellite peaks are deconvoluted in the binding energy range 25-40 eV. The electron momentum distributions of the valence shells were measured and are in good agreement with the CI calculation results.
