摘  要:从研究醋酸缓冲溶液中二元羧酸-铜络合物的紫外吸收光谱出发,建立了UV-254紫外检测反相高效液相色谱分离、测定方法。探讨了色谱分离、检测机理;流动相有机溶剂含量、PH值、铜离子、缓冲溶液浓度对溶质保留和检测灵敏度的影响,由此确定了最佳色谱分离、检测条件。Starting from the study on the ultraviolct absorption spectra of complexes of di carboxylic acid-copper in HAc-NaAc buffer solution, a new reversed-phase liquid chro matographic method based on the formation of these complexes for the analysis of dicar boxylic acids without any pretreatment or derivatization has been developed. The mechanism of chromatographic separation and detection was described. The influence of the mobile phase composition, copper isn and buffer concentration as well as pH value on the retention and detection sensitivity of solutes was investigated. Guidelines were given for optimization of the separation and detection of dicarboxylic acids.
