西南农业结构变动的协调性问题探讨

摘　　要：农业结构的合理化和优化是一个过程系统,其路径取决于农业结构变动的协调性。改革开放以来,西南农业结构变动的协调性有所提高,但是总体水平不高,发展也不平衡,特别是与农业劳动力变动的不协调性增加。西南农业必须以加大投入为切入点,突破农业劳动力变动不协调的瓶颈,把握现代农业产前、产中和产后协调发展的基本方向,极大地提高农业结构变动的协调性,更快更好地促进西南农业结构的合理化和优化,使西南农业上一个新的台阶。The rationalization and optimization of agricultural structure is a systematic ergineering and its path depends on coordination of agricultural structure change. Since the reform and open to outside world, the coordination of agricultural structurre change in the southwest areas is promoted but its whole level is not high and its development is not balanced. Especially, un-coordination of agricultural labor force change increases. Southwest agriculture must increase investment, break through the bottleneck fo un - coordination of labor force change, follow the basic direction of pre- agricultural production, middle - agricultural production and post- agricultural production of modern agriculture, promote agricultural structure change coordination and promote the rationalization and optimization of sourhwest agricultural structure in order to make southwest agriculture reach a new stage.
