钐-钴磁粉中钐、钴含量的X-射线荧光光谱分析

摘　　要：拟定了用溶液-滤纸片法制样、X-射线荧光光谱法测定钐-钴磁粉中钐、钴含量的简便方法。为了获得好的精密度，必须将直接分析得到的钐、钴含量之和归一化至100－∑Xi,∑Xi为用其他方法测定的杂质含量之和.对必须作归一化处理的原因进行了讨论。A simple method has been developed to analyse the Sm-Co magnctic powder by X ray fluorescence spectrometry with solution-filter paper method. The sum of concentration of Sm and Co in the sample is normalized to 100-∑ Xi(∑Xi is the sum of concentration of the impurities and can be determined by other methods) in order to obtain good precision. The nessecity of the normalization is discused.
