摘　　要：党的新一届领导集体把在新世纪新阶段的治党治国的新理论,创造性地应用并贯彻到对台工作领域。面对岛内局势与两岸关系形势的巨大变化,根据新的形势与需要,对台湾问题进行了认真的思考和精心的部署,对台政策不断完善与发展,逐渐形成对台政策的新理念、新思维。The new generation of central leadership led by Mr. HU Jin - tao creatively applies and implements the new theories on State and Party administration in the new century in dealing with Taiwan affairs. Considering the significant changes in Taiwan situation and Cross - Straits relations, they seriously thought about the Taiwan Question, made thorough planning, and constantly improved and developed the policies on Taiwan, thus gradually formed the new concepts, new thoughts and new measures on dealing with Taiwan affairs.
