摘 要:本文对树脂法再生镍—氢电池包覆液进行了系统研究,研究结果表明NK—ENL—1和NK—ENL—2型树脂对镍具有良好的吸附和脱附性能,镍回收率大于96%,Na2HPO3去除率大于96%,回用液中镍浓度高达7.7g/l,并可循环复用。处理后排放水中,镍小于1ppm,达到国家排放标准,采用这种技术设计的5T/h包覆液净化工程运行正常,经济效益和社会效益显著。The research work on the refreshment of encaspulated hydragen-stored alloy materials by ion exchange were reported in this paper. The results showed that the absorption capacity and stripping Percentage of NK-ENL-1 resin and NK-ENL-2 resin for Nickel were high. The recovery of Nickel and removal of Na2 HPO3 were all over 96%. The concentration of Nickel in reused liquid was as high as 7. 7g/l. There was less than 1ppm Nickel in drainage. It reached National Draingae Standard. The 5T/h Nickel treatment system operated smoothly and achieved economic and social profit.
