摘　　要：报道了一种氢化物发生－冷原子荧光法间接测定痕量锗的新方法。找出最佳实验条件并将此法用于植物及水样中痕量锗测定，结果令人满意。方法简便、快速、灵敏。对水中痕量锗检出限０．１μＬｇ／Ｌ，回收率９２％以上。ew method is proposed for the indirectdetermination of germanium using hydridegeneration and cold atomic fluorescence tech-nique. the experimental conditions were opti-mized.This method is rapid,simple,sensitiveand reproducible. Several samples such as Chi-nese medical herbs and water have been anal-ysed with satisfactory results,The detectionlimit is 0.1μg/L and the recovery is'91%。
