摘  要:用反相高效液相色谱法同时分离和测定了胞嘧啶、胸腺嘧啶、腺嘌呤、茶碱和咖啡因等5种结构相似的生物碱基。方法简便、快速,用于茶样中咖啡因的测定,标准加入回收率在95.69%~104.20%之间。This paper reports the separation and determination of cytosine, thymine, adenine, theophylline,and caffeine by reversed-phase HPLC. The five bases with similar structures can be separated on Spherisorb C_(18)column at 35℃ with UV detection at 260nm. The mobile phase is acetonitrile-water-potassium dihydrogen phosphate-acetic acid (2:96. 9:1:0.1) flowing at a rate of 1. 1 mL/min. The method is simple and rapid, and has been used for analysis of caffeine in tea samples. The results are satisfactory and the recoveries with standard addition were in the range of 95. 69%-104. 20%.
