摘　　要：目的介绍应用下蒂法行巨乳缩小术的方法和优势。方法对5例巨乳症患者行下蒂法巨乳缩小术。结果5例患者术后效果满意。结论下蒂法巨乳缩小术是一种适用于绝大部分巨乳症患者、操做相对便捷的手术方法,有广泛的临床应用价值。Objective To introduce the method and the advantages of the inferior pedicle technique in breast reduction. Methods Applying the inferior pedicle technique in breast reduction for 5 patients. Results Good results in all the 5 cases. Condusion This method could be applied for most cases of breast hypertrophy. It is versital,safe,and relatively easy handing.
