男性非典型淋病10例并发症治疗方法初探

摘　　要：目的探讨男性淋病并发症(前列腺炎)单纯药物治疗方法。方法在卫生部防疫司制定的淋病规范用药的基础上,适当延长治疗时间并适度增大用药剂量,采用头孢类和喹诺酮类药物联合使用(头孢三嗪、左氧氟沙星或加替沙星),治疗长期反复发作并经多种方式治疗包括前列腺局部微波治疗,药物导入等方法均未明显好转的不同病程、不同年龄组的淋病并发症患者10例(经临床及实验室诊断确认)。结果10例患者经治疗后绝大部分患者自觉症状消失或减轻,前列腺体缩小,停药7天后,先后两次间隔7天取前列腺液进行淋球菌培养,每次培养观察1周,结果均未检出淋球菌,取得较为满意的效果。结论适当延长治疗时间和加大用药剂量治疗淋病并发症是有效的。Objective To explore the methods of using medicine to treat male＇s complications caused by gonorrhoea （prostatitis）. Methods Based on medicine treatment standards of gonorrhoea lay down by disease control department of the ministry of health. Properly prolong the term of treatment and raising the dosage of medicine, combining Cephalosporins with Guinolonos to treat 10 cases of complication caused by gonorrhoea that diagnosed by laboratory. All cases are in different disease term and all patients are of different ages. They had been treated by several methods including prostate microwave treatment; pouring medicine into prostate directly, but didn＇t get ideal effects. Result After treatment, all symptoms of 10 cases of patients disappeared or relived, the gland body of prostate become smaller. 7 days after stopping treatment, neisseriagonorrhoea were not found in prostate liquid. All patients have gotten satisfied effects. Conclusion Properly prolong treatment term and raising dosage of medicine to treat complication caused by gonorrhoea is effective
