摘　　要：以广东高职教育的就业市场为例,深刻地分析高职教育的就业市场特性,并进一步阐述高职教育培养目标的定位、学生教育管理应把握的內容、教学改革的方法、推荐就业的途径与对策。This article takes the high-profession technology Guangdong employed market for an example, deeply analysed the characteristics of high-profession technology Guangzhou employed market, and further expounds the high-profession technology establishment of cultivate aim, the content of students teaching management, the method of teaching reform, the ways and strategy of employed recommend.
