摘　　要：本文采用实证调研方法,通过对湖南省8所新升本科院校图书馆现有电子资源、参考服务模式进行比较,总结了湖南省专升本院校图书馆参考咨询的特点、发展状况及困境,并进一步探讨了湖南省专升本院校图书馆参考咨询的发展思路。参考文献4。Through the method of empirical investigation, comparing the current electronic resources, reference service mode of the libraries of Hunan province＇s 8 four-year colleges newly upgraded from threeyear colleges, this paper summarizes the characteristic, development condition and difficult position of the libraries of Hunan province＇s four-year colleges newly upgraded from three-year colleges and discusses the development perspective of the libraries of Hunan province＇s 8 four-year colleges newly upgraded from three-year colleges. 4 refs.
