摘  要:针对单家寺油田单12块的开发和地质现状,对单12-16井组油水样进行了内源菌群落特征分析,并在此基础上进行了内源微生物激活试验研究,筛选出了适合单12块的ST-12系列激活剂。利用该系列激活剂进行了内源微生物物理模拟驱油试验,模拟结果表明,通过激活内源微生物可在水驱基础上提高采收率7%以上,说明内源微生物在激活后具有较好的驱油能力。在现场试验区,共注入激活剂17轮,累积增产原油2700t。On the basis of current development situation and geological status of Shan12 block, coenosis characters of endogenous microbe in oil - gas samples were analyzed in Shan 12-16 well group selected. Then experiment on endogenous microbe activation was conducted and a series of activation agent ST - 12 suitable for Shan12 block was screened. The physical simulation of endogenous microbe oil displacement was experimented with the screened activation agent. The result shows that the oil recovery can increase more than 7% with endogenous microbe activation on the basis of waterflooding. It means that the endogenous microbe has a good oil displacement capacity after activation. In testing area the activation agent was injected for 17 rounds and cumulative incremental oil production is 2 700t.
