摘 要:本研究通过RT-PCR分别获得了4个国内IBV分离株的S1、M和N基因,并进行了克隆及测序。序列分析结果表明:HaN2-95株的S1、M和N基因核苷酸序列均与IBVH120疫苗株的同源性最高;尽管HaN1-95株的S1基因与IBVH52疫苗株的亲缘关系最近,但是该毒株的M基因和N基因却与IBVGray株的同源性最高;GX1-98株的S1和M基因均与IBVH52疫苗株的亲缘关系最近,但其N基因却与IBVGray株和Ark99株有高度的同源性;GX2-98株的S1基因却与IBVHolte株的亲缘关系最近。上述结果提示国内有些IBV分离株的出现可能与疫苗株的使用有关。SI ,M,N gene fragments of four Chinese local infectious bronchitis virus isolates were obtained by RT-PCR in the study, then cloned and sequenced respectively. Sequences analysis showed: S1,M,N gene of strain HaN2-95 all had the highest similarities with that of IBV H120 vaccine strain; S1 gene of strain HaN1-95 had the closest genetic relationship with IBV H52 vaccine strain, while the M, N gene of strain HaN1-95 had the highest similarities with that of strain Gray; although the S1 and M gene of strain GX1-98 all had the highest genetic relationship with that of IBV H52 vaccine strain, yet the N gene of strain GX1-98 had high similarity with that of IBV Ark99 strain or Gray strain; S1 gene of GX2-98 strain showed the high similarities with that of IBV Holte strain. The above results suggested that emergence of some Chinese local IBV strain seems to be related with broad usage of IBV live vaccine strains.
