摘  要:初步研究了拟内孢霉对3种偶氮染料酸性黑NG、酸性黑10B及活性红脱色的情况.考察了起始pH值、染料的起始浓度、装液量及重金属离子对拟内孢霉脱色的影响.通过实验得出pH为5时为最佳pH值;染料质量浓度在80 mg/L以上对其脱色率有抑制作用,而对菌体的生物量无明显抑制;在质量浓度达到160 mg/L时对脱色率及菌体生物量均有明显的抑制作用.随着3种金属离子浓度的升高其脱色率、菌体干重都有所降低,尤以Ag+,Hg2+明显,说明重金属离子不仅降低了染料的脱色率还明显抑制菌体生长.在装液量的实验中,染料酸性黑10B、活性红在装液量为50 mL时脱色率达到100%,酸性黑NG染料在装液量为70 mL时脱色率达到了最大,为99.8%.There are three azo dyes , acid black NG,acid black 10B and active red. We studied the decolorization by endomycopsi, sp. At the same time, we studied the effect of initial pH, dyes concentration and heavy metal ions on decolorization rate. The experiments showed that 5.0 is the optimun pH. The initial dye concentration above 80 mg/L restrained the decolorization rate but not the biomass of strain. But the decolorization rate and biomass were both restrained when the dye concentration above 160 mg/L. With the increasing of heavy metal ion concentration,the decolorzation rate and biomass were restrained. Ag^+ ,Hg^2+ restrained the strain obviously. In the experiment of ventilation, when the volume is 50 mL, the decolorization rate of acid black 10B and active red attained 100 %. When the volume is 70 mL the rate of acid black NG attained 99.8 %.
