摘　　要：针对三氯化铁在甘油水净化过程中的作用特点,用硫酸工业产生的副产品“红灰”与工业级盐酸及次氯酸钠等,经一定的化学反应,制得一种适用于甘油水净化的专用三氯化铁液,直接应用于皂化法制皂联产甘油工艺,使含甘油水净化。Through chemical reactions, Fecl3 can purify water containing glycerol. According to this featttre, by mixing industry hydrochloric acid sodium hypochlorite and the by - product in sulphtmic industry - waste residue of sulphuric acid and after certain chemical reactions, a kind of Fecl3 solution which can be used in purifying water containing glycerol is produced. Fecl3 solution can be directly used in the process of soap and glycel making by saponification method to purify water containing glycerol.
