摘　　要：文中对DREB类转录因子的结构特征、功能,靶元件的作用模式,基因的调控表达及最新研究进展进行了综述。Dehydration- responsive element- binding（DREB） proteins, specifically binding to the dehydration- responsive element（DRE）, have been identified as a group of important transcription activators of plants which regulate the expression of genes in response to the drought, high - salt and cold stresses. The review is about structure character, function, interacting mode with DRE cis - element, genes regulation expression of DREB and its novel research.
