引入青海省小尾寒羊和本地杂种羊心钠素含量和乳酸脱氢酶活性的测定

摘　　要：对引入青海省小尾寒羊和本地杂种羊心钠素含量和乳酸脱氢酶活性进行了测定,结果:心钠素含量分别为(46540±16981.25)pmol/L和(47742.5±16217.5)pmol/L;乳酸脱氢酶活性分别为(703.69±348.76)U/L和821.93±670.0U/L,差异不显著(P>0.05)。表明引入青海省的小尾寒羊已适应高原低氧环境。The content of atrial natriuretic peptide （ANP） and activity of lactate dehydrogenase（LDH） were determined in Han-sheep with small-tail introduced in Qinghai and crossbreed sheep. The results were as follows：the content of ANP was （46540 ± 16981.25） pmol/L and （47742.5 ± 16217.5） pmol/L,the activity of LDH was （703.69 ± 348.76） U/L and （821.93 ± 670.0） U/L（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion：The hypoxia adaptation mechanism of Han-sheep with small-tail introduced in Qinghai had set up on the plateau.
