摘 要:激光喷丸成形金属板料是一种新技术.即用高功率短脉宽的强激光辐照板材,当激光诱导的冲击波幅值超过板材的动态屈服极限时,板材的表层产生了不可恢复的微观塑性变形,从而使板材在厚度方向上产生了不均匀残余应力而使板料发生宏观变形.板材变形的形状受激光脉冲参数、冲击次数、喷丸的轨迹以及板材的机械性能等多种因素影响.板料成形后,表面留有有益的残余压应力而延长了零件的疲劳使用寿命.Laser peening forming is a novel technology with high-power short-duration laser pulses irradiating plate. When the peak pressure of laser shock waves induced by laser goes beyond the dynamic yield strength of the material, the unrecovered plastic micro-deformation in laser peening zone in plate surface occurs and leads uneven residual stresses along the thickness of plate, and eventually result in plate to deform at on macroscopically. The deformation of plate is affected by several factors such as laser parameters, shot numbers, shot tracks, and mechanical properties of metal plate. Due to leaving beneficial residual com- pressive stress in component's surface,it extends workpiece fatigue lifetime.
