强压状态下回转窑托轮与托轮轴配合区的力学性能研究

摘  要:根据托轮及托轮轴的结构特点,建立了托轮、托轮轴的接触有限元模型.针对托轮的不同受力状态,应用接触问题的变分不等式法,对托轮、托轮轴的过盈配合问题进行了有限元数值计算,得到了配合区托轮孔、托轮轴的最大等效应力及配合区最大、最小接触压力的计算公式.结果表明,配合区端面接触节点的微动量大于配合区内部接触节点的微动量,在配合区端面从托轮轴底端到顶端,径向应力逐渐递增,随托轮旋转,配合区端面接触压力处于交变状态.According to structural feature of the roller and its axle in rotary kiln, a finite element model of roller-to-axle contact was developed. Aimed at various kinematic conditions of the roller and employing variational inequality method for that contact problem, finite element numerical computation of interference fit of the roller to its axle was conducted,and the formulas of determining the maximum equivalent stress for the hole-to-axle fit of the roller as well as the maximum and minimum contact pressure in the fitting area were obtained. It was concluded that the amount of slight travel of the node of end contact in fitting area is greater than that inside the fitting area,the radial stress increases gradually from the bottom of the axle to its top in the fitting area,and the end contact pressure in the fitting area is in an alternate condition along with roller' s rotation.
