摘  要:以制造执行系统(MES)的集成模型、外部环境模型、功能模型和REPAC模型为主线论述了其应用与发展历程,阐述了MES在中国的研究、应用与发展现状,认为MES是实现车间生产管理敏捷化的基本技术手段.在此基础上,从国外、国内和技术三个角度展望了MES的未来发展趋势,指出了敏捷化、智能化和集成化是MES技术及系统的重要发展趋势,为制造业制订MES实施的整体解决方案提供了参考.Application and development course of MES was discussed in terms of the integrated model of MES, external environment model, function model and REPAC model. Current situation of MES with respect to its research, application, and development at home was expatiated, and MES is consequently considered as a basic technical approach to realize the agility of shop floor production and its management. Based on them, developmental trend of MES in the future was viewed internationally, domestically, and technically. It was pointed out that the agility, intelligence, and integration are the important trends of MES technology and system, putting forward a reference for a complete solution of MES execution on manufacturing enterprise.
