摘 要:航天贮箱属于精密设备,漏率要求极其严格,需要配套相应的高效漏率检测装置.贮箱正压漏率检测装置模拟贮箱的真空使用环境,受检贮箱置于一真空状态的集气容器内,实现压力真空检漏;若集气容器保持常压或低压,即形成正压差累积法检漏.该装置集两种检测法于一体,消除了人为及环境因素的影响,具有自动化程度高、检测快捷、结果精确、安全可靠等优点.经测算该检测方法较传统方法可降低成本30%.The storage tank in spaceship is a kind of accurate equipment with very strict requirement of leakage,which is to be detected through a high-efficient leak detection device. The pressurized leakage detection device stimulated the vacuum working condition of storage tank. The storage tank was placed in a vacuum gas-collecting vessel and formed the pressure-vacuum leak detection. If the gas-collecting vessel was kept under atmospheric pressure, it would be called differential pressure accumulation leak detection. This device incorporated the above-mentioned two leak detection methods, eliminated the influence of environmental and artificial factors, and had the advantages of higher automatization, easy detection, high accuracy, safety and reliability. The results showed that this detection method could decrease the cost by 30% as compared with traditional methods.
