摘 要:针对当前端板连接节点的半刚性,采用通用的有限元程序,对门式刚架外伸式端板连接的5种典型的节点进行了受力及变形分析,探讨了有加劲肋的外伸式端板连接节点的变形机理.针对不同构造的节点,分析了节点的最大等效应力?节点转角及节点刚度,探讨了此类节点半刚性的原因,发现端板连接节点的变形主要是由节点域腹板剪切变形和节点下部柱身变形引起的.通过合理的构造措施,可使该类节点的刚度明显提高.Using general finite element method, the stress and deformation of five typical nodes of extended end plate bolted connection with stiffener in portal frame was analyzed when the semi stiffness of nodes was considered. The deformation mechanism of the connection nodes of extended end-plate with reinforced ribs was explained, also. Aimed at the nodes with different configuration, the maximum equivalent stress and turning angle and stiffness of the nodes were analyzed. The origin of semi-stiffness of this kind of nodes was explored and it was found that the deformation of end plate connection nodes was mainly caused by the shearing deformation of the abdomen plate in the node area and the deformation of the column body below the node. The stiffness of this kind of nodes could be remarkably improved by means of reasonable constructional measure.
