黄芩及葛根芩连汤中黄芩的代谢规律研究

摘　　要：目的:探索不同提取条件下复方葛根芩连汤中黄芩代谢规律,并与黄芪单味药的代谢规律相比较。阐明配伍的科学性,探讨仿生提取法的优越性。通过药代研究,指导复方配伍及工艺研究。方法:检测给药动物血浆中黄芩苷含量的变化,得到其代谢规律。经过对药物代谢规律研究,比较不同剂型、复方与单味药中黄芩苷代谢规律的不同。结果:得到黄芩及不同提取方法中葛根芩连汤中黄芩的代谢规律,证实了复方配伍的科学性、新工艺的优越性。Objective： To search the haplo-medicine＇s Padix Suctellariae and compound Padix Suctellariae＇s metabolism regular. To interpret compatibility＇s scientific and Chinese medicine compatibility＇s superiority. To use contemporary analysis, we study and research Padix Sutellafiae＇s metabolism rcgular that through Gegen Qinlian Decoetion. Methods ： By animal＇ s experimentation, to check the change of baicalin, the indicatrix component of Padix Suctllariae. Through this method we can have its metabolism regular. By studying and researching the medicine＇ s metabolism, to compare the differience of new technology and tradition. Results ： To have Padix Suctellariae＇s metabolism regular in Padix Suctellariae and Gegen Qinlian Decoetion. The new praeparatum technology can get the new compatibility of dose. To get the new finger of Padix Suctllariae and get the new finger of Padix Suctllariae in Gegen Qinlian Decoction.
