摘  要:采用从风口区喷粉状燃料来部份替代冶金焦,工业试验取得很好的技术经济指标。半焦与褐煤的混合物喷吹工艺转入工业化生产一年多来,生产技术经济指标稳定,劳动强度降低。5个多月生产统计指标显示,炉床能力提高10.44%,焦率下降15%,作业成本下降19.13%,置换比1.12,铅回收率97.34%。The powdery fuel is used to substitute partly for metallurgical coke injected from blast-hole area. Industrial exporiments have got good technlcal-and-economic indexes. The technique that injected mixture of semicoke and brown coal has been used in industry for one year, technical-and-economic indexes was steady. 5 months statistic's indexes show that the furnace capacity has enhanced 10.44%, coke rate and produce cost have reduced 15% and 19.13% respectively, replacement ratio was 1.12, lead recovery ratio was 97.34%.
