摘　　要：根据丁基橡胶的物理化学特性,开发了XPG-800型悬挂式丁基橡胶胶片冷却机,分析了该机组的工作原理,并对该机组在应用中出现的问题提出了改进措施。当挂胶链条节踞为100 mm时,入胶口挂轮齿数为5;传动系统采用气动步进方式;胶片输送带采用食品级橡塑带并制成网纹状;在胶片输送出口处增设脱离三叶辊。According to the physics chemical characteristic of the butyl rubber , XPG-800 type hanging type man＇ s base rubber film cooler was developed. The operation principle of this cooler was analyzed. The improvement measure for the problem that appeared for this unit in application was put forward.
