摘 要:为探讨纱线毛羽的产生原因及减少毛羽的方法,分析了紧密纺纱技术、络筒工序、浆纱工序减少纱线毛羽的作用机理,重点研究了浆纱过程中浆料选配、预湿上浆工艺、高压上浆工艺、预热浆槽位置、湿浆纱行进路线、浆纱蠕变等因素对纱线毛羽的影响。指出:紧密纺纱技术及Perla-A毛羽减少器可以有效减少毛羽,浆纱工序贴伏毛羽的有效措施是合理选用浆料、采用预湿上浆、高压上浆以及改变湿浆纱行进路线等工艺条件。To discuss the generating reasons and reducing methods of yarn hairiness, function mechanism of reducing hairiness in compact spinning technology, winding process, sizing process were analyzed, the influence factors of size mixture choice, pre-wetting sizing processing, high pressure sizing processing, position of pre-heating size boxes, running route of wet sizing, sizing creep et al on yarn hairiness were researched. It shows that compact spinning technology and Perla-A hairiness reducing set can reduce hairiness choosing material reasonably, adopting pre-wetting sizing & ing and so on. efficiently, and the efficient measures to cover hairiness are high pressure sizing, changing the running route of wet sizing and so on.
