摘 要:为探讨C51型梳棉机梳理长绒棉的合理工艺,分析了锡林~盖板隔距、剌辊速度、道夫速度和生条定量等工艺参数选择的依据,并进行了四因素三水平正交试验,对试验结果进行了分析.得出纺100%长绒棉的梳棉工艺为:锡林~盖板隔距0.20 mm、0.18 mm、0.15 mm、0.15mm、0.18 mm;道夫速度34 r/min;刺辊速度1300 r/min;生条定量20 g/5 m.To discuss the reasonable processing of carding long-staple cotton in C51 carding machine, the choice of processing pammeters such as gauge of cylinder & flat, llnk-in speed, doffer speed, weight per 5 meters and so on were analyzed, orthogonal lesl of four factors and three levels were done. The test shows that the carding processing of spinning 100% long-staple cotton should be chosen as follows, gauge of cylinder & flat should he 0, 20 mm,0, 18 mm,0.15 mm, 0.15 mm,0.18 mm, dofer speed should be 34 r/rain, link-in speed should be 1300 r/rain, and weight per 5 meters should be 20g.
