摘　　要：根据网络中心战中C4ISR系统体系结构特点,建立了关于C4ISR系统的体系结构模型和指控系统的逻辑模型,分析了该模型对未来作战的影响。在建立的网络结构模型的基础上,建立了编队对地攻击网络结构模型。根据编队对地攻击模型中节点的特点,运用梅特卡夫定律和组合数学相结合建立评估编队能力指数的评价标准。该算法能量化作战编队作战效能,能较好地与实际作战相结合。This paper builds a model of system configuration in C^4ISR system and the logical model of command and control system, basing on the characteristics of C^4ISR system configuration in NCW. It also analyses the models which affect the future operation. Based on the element of building the system configuration, it sets up the model of formation＇s attacking on ground. According to the characteristic of the node in the model of formation＇s attacking on ground, it establishes the standard of evaluation about the capacity of formation using the Metcalfe＇s law and combinatory.
