摘  要:以超甜玉米优良杂交种“吉甜6号”的F2:3家系为材料,研究其主要品质性状的遗传特点。结果表明:4个品质性状的广义遗传力均较高;在F1代中,杂种优势强的性状是可溶性糖含量、蛋白质含量和脂肪含量;在F2:3家系中,杂种优势较强的性状是可溶性糖含量和脂肪含量。可溶性糖含量与蛋白质含量呈高度正相关,与淀粉含量呈高度负相关;淀粉含量与蛋白质含量呈高度负相关;脂肪含量与蛋白质含量呈高度正相关,与可溶性糖含量相关不显著,与淀粉含量呈高度负相关。The genetic characteristics of main quality traits were studied by F2..3 families frum an elite hybrid of super sweet corn, Jitian 6. The results showed that all the four quality traits were of higher heritability in the broad sense. Soluble sugar content, protein content and oil content performed significant heterosis in FI generation. Soluble sugar content and oil content performed significant heterosis in F2:3 generation. Soluble sugar content was significantly correlated with protein content, it had a significantly negative correlation with starch content. Starch content also had a significantly negative correlation with protein content. Oil content was significantly correlated with protein content, and it was not significantly correlated with soluble sugar content.
