摘 要:以五叶地锦为试材,人为控制4种施水量,测定供试幼苗的生长量、生物量干重和叶表皮的气孔器特征。结果表明:不同的施水量显著影响幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶数、叶面积、生物量干重,随着施水量增加以上参数逐渐增大。不同施水量对幼苗生物量干重有显著影响,450 mm和600 mm施水量2个处理的幼苗枝叶生长量和生物量差异不显著,而150 mm与300,450,600 mm施水量处理以上参数差异显著。不同施水量对幼苗的气孔器密度和大小也有显著影响。300 mm施水量是五叶地锦幼苗维持正常生长的底线,因此只有在生长季内降雨量大于300 mm的地区才能选择五叶地锦作为固沙植物。Growth, biomass and characteristics of stoma apparatus of seedlings of Parthenocissus quinquefolia were studied by observing its response of four artificially controlled water supply levels. The results showed that different water supply levels significantly affected plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, leaf area and dry biomass. With the increase of water supply, those variables of the seedlings increased. Water supply obviously affected dry biomass of the seedlings. Between 450 mm and 600 mm, there were no obvious effects on morphology of branch leaf or biomass of seedlings of Parthenocissus quinquefolia, the variables of the seedlings under 150 mm water supply were obviously different from those under 300 mm, 450mm,or 600 mm water supplies. Different water supply levels significantly affected stoma apparatus length and width. 300 mm water supply is the minimum for the normal growth of Parthenocissus quinquefolia. Therefore, only in a region where precipitation is more than 300 roan can Parthenocissus quinquefolia be chosen as a sand binding plant.
