摘 要:辽藁本种植密度试验表明:随着种植密度的加大,田间全年生育期延长;种植密度对辽藁本的株高、叶龄、叶面积指数和茎充实度等生育性状均有明显的影响;随着种植密度的减小,根粗>1 cm的根数增加、根长加长、根重最重.最佳种植密度为60 cm×(25~30)cm,其根部产量性状较好,药材性状符合药典规定的标准,但单位面积产量表现中等,可在一定范围内合理密植,以提高产量.The test of Ligusticum jeholense planting density showed: With the increase of plant density, the reproductive period of Ligusticum jeholense extended in the crop field. The plant density of L/gusticum jeholense had effects on its reproductive characters such as plant height, leaf age, index of leaf area and stem thickness; with the decrease of plant density, the number of root (root thickness 〉 1 cm) increased, the root lengthened and became the heaviest. By comparison and contrast, the best density of crop was 60 cm × (25 - 30) cm. Its root production characters were best and its medicinal herbs accorded with standards of pharmacopoeia. But its yield per unit area was moderate. Increased .yield could be obtained by rational close planting.
