摘  要:在混合溶剂中加入甲基丙烯酸、各种甲基丙烯酸酯单体以及引发剂AIBN和链转移剂DDM。在85℃下反应合成了丙烯酸树脂。分别研究了不同酸值和羟值的丙烯酸单体、不同瑶的丙烯酸树脂以及各种助溶剂和中和剂对漆睦性能的影响。获得了丙烯酸阳极电泳涂料的最佳配方:丙烯酸共聚树脂的酸值为65mg KOH/g、羟值为69mg KOH/g、Tg为20℃,溶剂是体积比为1:1的丙二醇单甲醚和异丙醇的混合物,中和剂是二乙醇胺。该电泳涂料具有良好的槽液稳定性和起泡消泡性。制得的涂膜外观平整、丰满、光亮,厚度为18—20μm,硬度为5H,冲击强度为500N/cm^2,附着力为1级,柔韧性为lmm,耐烟雾实验超过400h。The monomers of methacrylic acid and various kinds of methyl methacrylic acid ester, initiator of AIBN and chain transfer agent of DDM were added into the mixed solvent, in which the acrylic acid resin was synthesized at a temperature of 85 ℃. Influences of monomers of acrylic acid containing different acid value and hydroxyl value, acrylic acid resins having different Tg, various cosolvent and neutralizer on the film's properties were studied respectively. The optimal formula of acrylic acid anodic electrophoretic coating was gained as follows: acrylic acid copolymer ester with acid value of 65 mgK OH/g, hydroxyl value of 69 mg KOH/g and Tg of 20 ℃, the mixture of propylene glycol methyl ether and isopropyl alcohol with volume ratio of 1 : 1 as solvent and diethanolamine as neutralizer. The electrophoretic coating has good bath stability and good property of foaming and antifoaming. The film gained from the electrophoretic solution presents smooth and bright appearance, with a thickness of 18 - 20 μm, hardness of 5 H, impact strength of 500 N/cm^2, adhesion of 1 grade and flexibility of 1 mm. The NSS test of the coating is over 400 h.
