摘  要:以超细活性碳酸钙为补强剂制备脱酮肟型单组分室温硫化(RTV-1)硅橡胶,并研究了107胶黏度、碳酸钙用量、交联剂和偶联剂种类及用量等对RTV-1硅橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,采用黏度为50 000 mPa.s的107胶、80份超细活性碳酸钙、10份甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷、2份乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷及2份硅烷偶联剂KH560,可制备出综合性能较好的脱酮肟型RTV-1硅橡胶,拉伸强度达2.29 MPa,断裂伸长率达500%。Ketonic oxime type room temperature vulcanized (RTV - 1) silicone rubber was prepared with ultrafine activated CaCO3 as a reinforced filler.The effects of viscosity of 107 silicone rubber,amount of ultrafine activated CaCO3, cross - linking agent and coupliag agent on properties of RTV - 1 silicone rubber were studied. It was found that ketonic oxime type RTV - 1 silicone rubber with good properties was prepared when the viscosity of 107 silicone rubber was 50000 MPa. s, the amount of ultrafine activated CaCO3 was 80 phr, methyl tributanoximo silane was 10phr, vinyl tributanoximo silane was 2phr and silane coupling agent KH.560 was 2phr.The tensile strength and elongation at break of RTV - 1 silicone rubber were 2.29 MPa and 500% respectively.
