摘  要:[目的]研究地热水对环境、农作物和健康影响,为今后开发利用提供科学依据。[方法]按国家标准进行检验地热水水质,并实行实验室质量控制。[结果]对地热水16次检测结果,有害成分为氟化物(中位数12.5 mg/L),附近溪水、稻田和菜地土壤的氟化物含量(mg/kg)分别为6.6、12.2和15.3;小学生唾液溶菌酶含量,调查组与对照组均值分别为51.3μg/L和43.2μg/L;温泉从业人员调查,调查组白细胞计数(5 290)低于对照组(6 710,P<0.01)。[结论]地热水4项污染物指标符合生活饮用水卫生标准,但氟化物大大超标,附近溪水、稻田和菜地土壤受到污染;接触地热水的小学生唾液溶菌酶含量增加;温泉浴室从业人员白细胞较低。[Objective] To investigate the effect of hot-spring water pollution on environment, crop and human health for its development and application. [Methods] The water and so on were examined according to national health standard methods and lab quality control was carried out. [Results] Hot-spring water examinations were 16 times. The level (mg/ L) of fluoride reached to 12.5 (median). And the levels near stream water, paddy field and vegetable soll were 6.6, 12.2 and 15.3 respectively. Levels of saliva antalzyme in the pupils were 51.3 μg/L (study group) and 43.2 μg/L (control group) respectively. And leucocyte count of employee in study group (5290) was lower than that in control group (6 710,P〈0.01). [Conclusion] 4 indexes of contaminant (nitrates, nitrite, phenols and cyanide) in hot spring water were lower than that in health standard for drinking water. But the fluoride level greatly exceeded the standards. The stream water, paddy field and vegetable soil nearby were polluted by hot-sprlng. Level of saliva antalzyme of the nearby pupils was increased, and leucocyte count of hot-spring employee was decreased.
