摘  要:目的:从分子生物学基础上了解同一次流行、不同来源的霍乱弧菌之间的遗传相关性,为有效控制传染源提供依据。方法:采用PCR技术对2005年分离的70株霍乱弧菌检测CT基因后,进行PFGE分型研究。结果:分离自患者O1、O139群霍乱弧菌均有CT基因,而分离自外环境1株O1群稻叶菌株及1株O139菌株CT基因为阴性。所试菌株PFGE分型共呈3大亚类8种带型。结论:霍乱流行期间分离于患者的霍乱弧菌PFGE图谱基本一致,与外环境分离的非流行株在分化关系上较远。Objective:To understand the genetic correlation of Vibrio cholerae came from different source during the same cholera outbreak incident on the basis of molecular biology, in order to provide a basis for infectious source control. Methods:70 strains of Vibrio cholerae which were isolated in 2005 were detected cholera toxin(CT) gene by PCR, and the genotypes of strains were classified by pulse field gel electrophoresis(PFGE). Results:O1 and O139 Vibrio cholerae strains isolated from patients were all CT positive, and 1 O1 EI Tor and 1 O139 strains isolated from the environment were CT negative. Three different subtypes and eight stip types were found among strains detected. Conclusion:The PFGE map of Vibrio cholerae strains isolated from patients during cholera epidemic were basically consistent, but differed greatly from non - epidemigenic strains isolated from the environment.
