摘 要:本文用XPS和可见光谱分析的方法确定电浮法玻璃中着色离子(铜)以零价和一价两种形式存在.用TEM观察到了胶体颗粒,胶粒粒径为100~200A,均匀分布.因此,最终对着色起作用的是金属铜胶粒和氧化亚铜胶粒.分别用电子探针和XPS测定了着色离子的深度分布,并对形成这一分布的机理给出了理论解释.The chemical valence of colouring ions in bronze spectrafloat glass has been determined by XPS and visible spectra. In bronze spectrafloat glass exist both Cu^o and Cu^+. The colloidal particles in the sample have been observed with TEM and are well-distributed. The diameter of the particles is 100~200 A, so it is (Cu)~n colloidal particles and (Cu_2O)~n colloidal particles that finally cause colour. The concentration distribltion of colouring ions has been measured with eleetron microprobe X-ray analysis and XPS, and the mechanism of the distribution has been put forward theoretically.
