不同方法检测的RF结果对类风湿性关节炎的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨免疫比浊法和乳胶凝集法检测类风湿因子(RF)结果对类风湿性关节炎(Rheumatoidarthritis,RA)的临床诊断应用价值。方法:用免疫比浊法和乳胶凝集法同时检测阳性组21例类风湿性关节炎患者与正常对照组40例健康体检者的RF,并对结果进行比较分析。结果:免疫比浊法检测阳性组结果阳性率为90.5%,正常对照组阳性率为5%;乳胶凝集法检测阳性组结果阳性率为71.4%,正常对照组未检出阳性标本。两种检测方法结果有显著的相关性,r=0.987,P<0.01。结论:两种检测方法结果相关性良好,免疫比浊法检测RF结果诊断价值较高,敏感性优于乳胶凝集法,免疫比浊法将50IU/ml作为类风湿性关节炎诊断的界限值特异性较高。Objective Approach that use immunoturbidimetry and latex agglutination to detect RF, the result of which have clinical diagnosis value to RA. Method Use immunoturbidimetry and latex agglutination to detect masculine group： 21 examples of RA and normal control group： 40 examples of healthy people＇s RF, to compare and analyze the results. Results The masculine rate of masculine group with immunoturbidimetry is 90.5 %, and the masculine rate of normal control group is 5 %. the masculine rate of masculine group with latex agglutination is 71.4 %. and there is no masculine exampl in normal control group. There is prominen dependability between two detect method, r= 0. 987, P 〈0.01. Conclusion There is a fine dependability between two detect method, detect RF with immunoturbidimetry has a higher diagnostic value, and the sensitivity is surpass to latex agglutination. Immunoturbidimetry treated 50 IU/ml as the threshold wdue of RA has a higher specificity.
