摘　　要：高校图书馆的改革与发展对高校至关重要。阐述了高校图书馆应通过确立“以师生为本”的服务管理理念,提升其人性化水平,鼓励师生参与其各项服务和管理,并广泛汲取意见和建议,以促进其各项工作顺利进行,为高校的全面发展做出贡献。It is very important for a college to reforming and developing its library. The main methods to promote all kinds of work are to establish serving conception on the basis of teachers and students, to upgrade humanized level, to encourage teachers and students to attend library＇s running and to listen their opinion and advice.
